Compassionate Integrity Training

The Muslim Food Bank and Community Services will be offering a Compassionate Integrity Training (CIT) workshop that you may be interested in. Aspire Case Workers and Muslim Food Bank volunteers will especially benefit from this training by enhancing compassion within ourselves, our team and our clients.

What is CIT:
CIT is an opportunity for us to explore skills to increase emotional awareness, learn to practice compassion for ourselves and others, and engage with compassion in complex systems to create a better world. This will be done through small and large group discussions, experiential learning activities, reflective writing, mindful dialogue, and contemplative practices.

Mohamed Dewji
